The Certificate may be used towards any service or product that Lifetime Eyecare offers, such as eye exams, designer eyeglass frames, designer sunglasses, contact lenses, prescription lenses, Ortho-K or even accessories. Any winner must be able to come in to the store to claim this $500 to be eligible and agrees to allow Lifetime Eyecare to photograph the winner in order to make an announcement on the Lifetime Eyecare website.
